Asparagus going strong despite the wet and cold!
The Asparagus season is now upon us - we thought we would have been open a lot earlier but the cold weather and our location (quite high) has delayed its appearance. The availability now is reasonable to good as the weather has warmed up a bit. We even have a good supply of ready picked asparagus.
So we are open Tues Wed Thurs 2 to 6, Friday 10 to 6, and Sat and Sun 9.30am to 1pm.
Pick Your Own and Shop now open 2012.
Our main Pick Your Own and Shop is now open. Our first planned opening day was Friday 11th May. However the wet and cold weather is somewhat delaying our crops as we hoped to have some Strawberries by then. We plan to have some strawberries by the weekend of the 26th May which is a lot later than we hoped.
