Irish Team 2016 Selection

Following a review, IOCA and the Selectors have decided that starting the selection process for the Irish Junior team 10 months before an event takes place is too early. Therefore the End of Seasons will not be used for the 2016 Irish Team Selection. It is likely that the Spring Championships will be used. A team selection policy will be published as soon as possible.  (30/09/2015)

Sailing on Friday

If you want to sail on Friday 9 October there is no additional charge. Any sailors going afloat would need to make arrangements for safety cover, WPNSA does not provide safety cover.

There is a RIB launch fee of 5.00

Volunteers Needed

Please sign up for a duty as soon as possible.

There is a role for EVERYONE: on the water, off the water, with sailing experience or without, all day - both days or just a few hours at a time, whether you are a lone parent, have non-sailors, or this is your first event. Some of the roles are also suitable for non-sailing or older siblings. None of the roles are too onerous but all are absolutely essential for the smooth running of the event.

If you're new to IOCA events they are a great way to meet other parents and get to know the sailors, it's great to be involved and it's great fun! If you'd like details about any of the roles, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

For those seasoned IOCA event attendees your expertise and continued support is greatly appreciated!

Please take a look and see where you might be able to help out. Volunteer Here

To all those who have already signed up or who are helping as part of the race management/safety/results teams - THANK YOU - we couldn't do it without you!
